1 NFT = 1 vote, gasless (EIP-712 signatures). A margin of 10 votes decides. Either side can appeal to the $IMD swarm, which has the last word.

Bonds are always $IMD. Doer bond = max(1, 0.5 + 3% of the reward in IMD); dispute bond = max(1, 0.5 + 1%) — both can double up to ×256 for an earlier rejected try or a submission still waiting in the queue. Rewards can lock in ETH, USDC, IMD or $YOLO; this demo shows ETH and USDC at their $ value and IMD at the example price. A flat ≥0.0005 ETH author fee goes to the treasury on posting, never refunded. An NFT tie or no dispute at all pays the doer by default; a decided swarm appeal is paid first from the loser's bond.
